The Novara estate agency built on innovation and human warmth
We started in Novara in April 2024 and opened an office in Milan to serve those who move between the two cities. We work with digital tools and with people who stay by your side throughout.
You buy or sell a home only a few times in your life. It is worth doing it well.
Victor & Co is a young agency with a clear idea: the Novara property market deserves the same level of service found in big cities, without losing the personal relationship with the person who looks after you. That is why we invested from the start in virtual tours, digital signing, a magazine with up-to-date market data and an AI assistant, while also choosing to assign every client a single advisor, from beginning to end.
We mainly help first-time buyers in Novara and people who work in Milan and want a city half an hour away by train where they can live better. We know the neighbourhoods, the buildings, the real sale prices, and we write about it every week in the magazine.
